These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sale of tickets for the Historial of the Great War, Museums at Péronne and Thiepval. By placing an order on our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full and without reservation. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

5.1. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets sold online for services linked to a specific date or period are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
5.2. In the event of cancellation of a visit or event by the Seller, customers will have the option of rescheduling their booking to another date or requesting a refund.
Article 6: Liability
6.1. The Seller makes every effort to guarantee the quality of its services and the security of its online transactions. However, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions, delays or malfunctions of the website beyond its control.

Article 9: Consumer Mediation

9.2. Before referring the matter to the mediator, the customer must send a written complaint to the Seller, outlining the dispute and providing all the necessary information.
9.3. Referral to the mediator may only be made if the prior complaint has been unsuccessful or if no response has been received within two months of receipt of the complaint.
9.4. The mediation procedure is free of charge for the customer, subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated by the mediator.
9.5. The mediator’s decision is not binding on the parties, who remain free to contest it and take legal action if they wish.
